Thien Kim works one-on-one with individuals through private coaching and mentorship, supporting them in navigating challenging emotions and complex trauma. Her approach is grounded in trauma-informed mindfulness and meditation practices, creating a compassionate and supportive space for healing and self-awareness.

She is trained in Contemplative Psychotherapy, is a mindfulness practitioner and facilitator in the Thich Nhat Hanh tradition, and is a community organizer in the Greater Toronto Area. The method in which she uses with her clients are mindfulness-based practices and practices rooted in Buddhist philosophy and psychology.

She specializes in working with young adults, and has experience working with teens through her training in Child and Youth Care.

When she is not working with individuals, she is spending time with her older brother and family, reading spirituality books, journaling, having lengthy conversations with friends, or attending retreats. Lately she's been into gemstone bracelet-making.
